Begin by collecting 500 grams of fresh carrots and giving them a good wash with clean water. Once they are clean, proceed to drain the carrots and give them a chop into smaller pieces. Now, it's time to dry these chopped carrots in an oven set at a temperature of 40 ℃. Allow them to dry for approximately 2 hours.
